汉字是中国文化之根，是中华民族的精神寄讬者，中华民族视之若祖先之生命，无限敬惜与爱护她。中华民族五千年光辉灿烂的文明史，汉字是其承载者，传播者，见证者，昭示者，从甲骨文、金文以至于今天之楷体，中国汉字三千年永垂不灭，辉光常新，令全世界人民为之动客，为之起敬，为之惊叹，这实在是世界文明史上最了不起的伟大奇迹，我们每一个中国人都应该感到欣慰和自豪，应在更高的层次上学习和运用汉字、汉语，开掘五千年文化典籍的宝藏，继承它，宏扬它，创造更加美好灿烂的中华民族现代文化，贡献于世界，这应是我们每一个中华民族儿女义不容辞、责无旁贷的大任!

二十世纪末，我国科学界、文化界的英才，终于发明了汉字输入法电脑打字机，其输入速度远超于拼音文字，同时创造了计算机汉字激光照排技术，以及电子出版系统，使印刷业高迅度发展，这也是我国乃至世界印刷史上的大事。先进的科学技术同汉字相结合，引起了国人对汉字的重新审视，同时也为复兴汉字文化创造了无比优越的条件。汉字究竟是科学的、智慧的文字，还是落后的、僵死的文字，将不辩自明矣。

成语大赛所涉及的题目并不难，无非就是小学时就学过的一些成语，可台下的人们却居然被难倒了。这不，上来了一位风度翩翩的年轻人，成语是对答如流，但一说到意思就犯了难，结结巴巴地回答不上来。又上来一位中年妇女，她说的全是网络上的流行词语，根本就不是什么成语。又不一会儿，上来了一个头发花白的老者，一听还是位教授，我满心期待他能拿高分。果不然，他竟拿下了所有高难度题目。不幸的是，这位“高手”居然被一个“杯水车薪”成语给难住了。最后上来的是一位小伙子，成语掌握的还不错，但一写就不会了。我不禁苦笑：难道中国人连自己母语的掌握程度竟如此之差？

很多人认为中国传统文化和中国汉字都已经过时了，现在重要的是科技，电脑、录音、网上聊天多的是，根本用不着写字了。可是，科技也是属于文化的。没有文化作载体，科技又怎么得到发展。更何况没有中国文化，不仅中国古代的科技成果难以传承下来，那些外国的所谓先进科技又怎么能传到我们的手下？同样，人们还一心盼望着科技进步，更盼望着早日实现中国的“世界一流科技强国”梦。但像上面出现的那一幕，难道不叫我们感到羞愧和深思吗？

许多人不了解文化的意义和作用，于是便出现了前面几种人：年轻人是知陋寡闻，只了解表面，不能理解实质的人；中年妇女是沉迷在现在，把流行词语和成语给弄混淆；老教授是博学多识，但却缺少复习没有进步的人；还有——只了解一点便足够而忘乎所以的人。这些人，都是不了解文化，特别是不了解中国文化的人。

grandmas family lives in the guyang public interest iron mine, and dad needs to walk to grandmas home for 40 minutes. so when i got up early in the morning, i hurried to pick up what i wanted to bring. my mother had already put on a big bag for my new clothes i wore in the new year before i went to work, and put my winter homework, piano book, 20 minute reading and extra-curricular reading books in my schoolbag, too. after finishing the meal, i had breakfast with my father. my father took me to the guanghui fruit wholesale market to buy some fruit, and then i bought some new food, so we drove all the way to grandmas house.

to my grandmothers house, has been to more than 12 at noon, grandma had a meal waiting for me, i am glad to see grandma, grandma is laughing not shut up. i hastened to call her mother to tell her that we had arrived safely, so that she could rest assured.

the evening program is more exciting. i went with grandpa to put the fireworks. i put the fireworks on the flat ground, then lit the fireworks, then went to a safe place, waiting for the beautiful fireworks to fly up the sky. the fireworks are beautiful, some like meteor showers, some like the hanging willow trees, and the stars like the sky flicker.
