下午，我们来到了名闻天下的嵩山少林寺。少林寺位于登封市的中岳嵩山，是中国神宗祖庭和少林功夫的发祥地。首先，我们来到了塔林，塔林就是寺庙历代高僧圆寂的地方。塔林占地近两万平方米，依山傍水，风景独好，座座古塔昂然耸立，千姿百态，形状各异，好似参天巨树，势如茂密森林，故有“塔林”之称。导游告诉我们，这些塔共计246座。塔的层数只有单数，而且塔的层数越高，说明先驱的地位就越高，这些塔都是他们的俗家弟子捐资而建的。走过塔林，又来到了寺庙。
